Bags sold are not refundable or exchangeable. A detailed description for each bag is described beforehand, so please refer to it carefully.
However, with that being said, we will do our very best to ensure bags leaving iluvRadleys are in the best condition without any flaws or damages.
Bags delivered comes with a tracking code. We encourage you to track the delivery status. iluvRadleys will not hold any responsibility to any damage due to shipping and handling after the parcel is sent out.
All information provided to us will be deemed personal & will be kept confidential.
Special Orders!
We understand that Radleys has more bags than the collections posted here in iluvRadleys. Therefore, if there are bags that strikes your interest especially the Signature series and they are not available here, we welcome you to request-for-quotation and pre-order it from us. Kindly send us an email at iluvradleys@gmail.com with the following details:-
- Bag details (Series, collection, measurement)
- The website link to the bag
- Picture is available
We will do our best to search for the bag and will come back to you with the price. Once the price is agreed, we will purchase the bag and deliver it to you.
We will require full payment from you before we proceed to buy the special order. No cancellation is allowed once payment is made.
